what to do?

scooter here! brand new to this forum. I have a 2005 dodge ram hemi 1500 5.7 4x4 sport with daytona package no wing. leveled with rough country shocks. 2500 lbs rear suspension. 35 inch nitto terra grapplers. truck has 95,000 miles. put 5000 miles on it last year. most miles put on truck towing a 2 place snowmobile trailer from southern il. to the U.P. of michigan. i love this truck. it is the best towing truck i have ever owned. exhaust manifold bolts are rusting off. so i am thinking all bolts need to be replaced. thinking about doing some mods. so here it is. street shorty headers, flowmaster exhaust ,diablo tuner gauge monitor,programmer,knn cold air intake, taylor intake spacer. looking at about a 2500 $ bill to get these mods done. heres my ?. are the mods worth it, or is it time to buy a new truck ? any input will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a decent list. How much it's worth is up to you.
After a truck gets so many years on it things need replaced. Most of the time if caught soon enough not to expensive.Maybe once or twice a year.
A new ride will cost you every month till paid off.

If you are going to do headers and an exhaust cat back system you should invest s little more and have the y pipe replaced. That is the biggest problem in the stock exhaust system. Speaking of exhaust, I would recommend a magnaflow over flowmaster. Sounds like you already have some rust problems and flowmaster mufflers are known to rust. Plus, I like the magnaflow sound better, but that is just opinion.

Diablo is a good choice in tuner for your year BC you will have engine and trans tuning available and can always step up to custom tune if needed.

Throttle body spacer is junk, don't buy it.

As for price, if I was you I would install it myself and save a good bit of cash. $2500 is a lot for what amounts to intake, exhaust and tuner.
