Would it be possible to put a wheel bearing of a 2004 ram 2500 on my 1999 Cummins to make it easier to replace the front brake rotors in the future

What is hard about the current setup? All you do now is pull the tire/wheel off and the brake caliper. You don’t even have to deal with the bearing.

You clearly never tried this. If you need to remove, replace or resurface the rotor there is a lot more to it than on a half ton.

OP- the swap you want won't work. I usually get more than 100,000 miles before needing to remove a rotor on 2500 and 3500 trucks and by then the bearings should be repacked, diff oil changed etc anyhow. One tip, make sure you replace the axle seals, don't try to reuse the existing ones.
