I hope I'm putting this in the right place. I just bought some blistein 5100's to level my truck out and would like to run 275/70/18's on my truck. What is the best offset to go with +18 or -12, and is that an ok tires to run? I don't really want to have to trim anything and I don't mind if they stick out a little bit. I actually like that look. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Those tires measure just a hair over 33" tall. A +18, im guessing an 18x9 wheel, will have you pretty much dead even with the fenders. The stock 20's are 20x9 +19 offset. So the tires will be just about exactly how a stock ram would look width wise. The -12 offset will have you sticking out about 1.5" past the fender. You won't rub with either wheel offset. Although, down the road if you plan to lift or put larger tires on, the +18mm wheel won't work unless you use wheel spacers.
