For those that have had the Recall 03D/NHTSA 26V-059 for the Trailer Tow Module - better yet, if there's a Ram Tech in this group - what work was done other than replacing the module on the rear cab wall? Specifically, is programming also needed?
I'm getting a bit of the run-around because my 2025 didn't come factory with the integrated brake controller (in the dash), but I added it later via the P/N 82219232AA kit - that kit included a new Trailer Tow Module that replaced the original. With the recall, they're running the VIN and trying to replace the module with the P/N that was installed at the factory - which, now, isn't correct!
For reference, my original module P/N was 68569521AB; the new module installed from brake control kit is P/N 68569520AB.
