Where do i get my fob fixed?

Wasent sure where to post this since its not vehicle specific

The plastic for my key ring broke on my fob and i was wondering if i have to go to the dealership or since its just the physical key thats broke maybe i could go to a locksmith

Ah sweet! Thanks for searching that for me. If i dont get my fob back on a ring soon im prtty sure ill lose it

I have a similar issue. I just bought my 2015 RAM 2500 used and it only came with 1 fob/key. I've ordered 2 replacement fobs with key blanks attached (super cheap on Amazon/eBay). Pretty confident I can program the fobs myself, but getting the local locksmiths for the little key for the RamBox and door has been a chore in past experiences with other newer vehicles. Just got to find the right guy, sometimes takes several attempts and a trip into a shady part of town LOL. Just sayin'. I'll try to report back after I receive the replacements.

I took it to Batteries Plus to have key cut and program for my 2013 Ram 2500, worked like a champ. Spent 54.00 plus the FOB, I asked Plus how much for their FOB they wanted 250.00 plus the program charge.

Wow, I paid less for my fob from the Dealer...
