Which one of my plastic pulleys broke?

[2010 Infantry Vet]

I removed my clutch fan, and that sumbitch was just about welded on.
After I got it off, I noticed a broken plastic pulley. Is it power steering, or AC condensor?

Appears to be the idler pulley on the belt tensioner.
