Which spark plugs to purchase?

Hey guys, just bought a used '09 last week and have no clue about spark plugs, but I'm thinking I should change them since I'm at 150k kms.

Which spark plugs do you recommend, taking into consideration that I'm in Canada and would prefer to install them as soon as possible. Thanks.

EDIT: I might purchase from Canadian Tire, though there are 50 different types.

Use the stock replacements.... you'll have the best luck with those...
