Why can't I post in the alfaOBD forum?

It's odd. The Post button is missing from the upper right side.

Actually see a few other forum threads are missing the post new thread button, also

That makes me feel better

I just got banned from another forum I frequent for "bashing a moderator" (I believe my exact words were 'this place has not been improved with his presence') so I thought it might have been me...sounds like it's a forum issue

I also don't have the post new thread button on that subforum and ended up posting in the alfaOBD thread that is hundreds of pages long. Most likely a forum software error.

At the bottom of the page:
"You have insufficient privileges to post threads here."

Do you remember what sections where the Post New Thread option wasn't available?

Shouldn't it be on this page?

I can see it in the General Discussion thread

It should be on the far right side near the top, on PC anyway.
Yellow rectangle that says "Post thread"...

@jawzs2 @Curmudgeon Yeah, I saw that, but he mentioned he had thought there were New Post or New Thread buttons missing elsewhere.

Here I thought I was the only one who doesn't have privileges to post in the OBD section. Silly me.
