Why these work in some Rams

I know these work in some trucks, and don't work in some, like my 2019 classic, I've read that has to do with a fault sense wire not being in the taillights, so why do these work in some trucks, do they not have the fault wire in their truck?

C Light works on one side, no led cluster, C bar Light on other side doesn't work but led cluster does, anyone know any settings in alfaobd to fix this?

When I put connector in taillight bulb socket one way, the C bar light worked but not led cluster, when I swapped it around the reverse was working, led cluster worked ,but not C bar, almost like needed another connection, all well back to square 1
