I'm trying to troubleshoot a weird issue with my truck, Its a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500, 5.7 and its got a weird squeak. Its the same sound no matter the rpm, it doesn't go away with ac on or off, it doesn't go away in park neutral, reverse or drive. You can hear it way better in the fender well on the driver side. its driving me nuts cause I cant pin point the location.

Here is a video of it, its poor quality but it does capture the noise.

I hear what sounds like an exhaust leak and maybe a squeak also. Take the belt off with the engine cold and start the truck. It won't hurt it to run cold without the water pump turning for a couple of minutes and the battery should be fine to run it and restart it once the belt is reinstalled. If no squeak is heard, SHUT OFF the truck. Wiggle all the pulleys and check for wobble and turn to see if they turn smooth and freely by hand. If any seem loose or really hard to turn, the bearings may be failing. You can't turn the crank pulley by hand fyi. Replace any tensioner pulleys, idler pulleys, waterpumps, alternator, powersteering pump that you think is defective. Replace belt if none of these seem to be bad. If this sounds overwhelming, take it to a mechanic. I had a ranger that the belt squeaked no matter what I did. Good luck.
