will 2000 Ram 1500 wheel swap with 2013-2017 OEM wheels fit?

I'm brand new to this Forum. Name is IvyMike72. I recently got a 2000 Ram 1500 2x4 and want to upgrade with newer (2013-2017) 20 inch Dodge Ram heels. I've gotten advice from a local tire dealer who says it cannot work because of the different hub diameter. I'm interested in the wheels below What mods are needed for fitment. I know the 5 on 5.5 pattern is the same.
Will they fit my 2000?

No they will not fit ... the 2000 has the 5 x 4.5 (5 x 114.3mm) bolt patter and the 2013-2017 has the 5x5.5 (5 x 139.7mm) bolt pattern ...

Multiple website show the 2000 1500 uses the same 5 X 139.7 pattern and has used that pattern since 94.
