Will 2005 dodge 4.7 heads off of a Durango work on a 2007 Dodge ram?

Found a set of junkyard heads off of a 2005 Durango. Will they work on my 2007? I just need the heads, nothing else.

See if the durango has a egr valve yours should aswell if so the heads should work as long as your 2007 is the older style 4.7 8 spark [plug engine not the newer 2008+ 16 plug engine. Also while heads are off regardless of mileage its a age thing replace the valve stem seals its a easy job they fail on ALL older 4.7 engines hence why they burn oil/smoke.
