Hi all. I have 2010 with a basic radio with CD and Satellite service. A friend gave me an upgraded 2008 radio with everything I have plus the mp3,cd,jpeg and has a screen for Nav. Will this radio work in my 2010? Will all the wiring harness be compatible? Thanks everyone. Bill
