Will these wheels work?

So I'm looking at getting a winter set/ temporarily till I figure what I want to do on different rims/tire combo. I found a clean 5 rim set of 18" rims and tires from a 2011 jeep unlimited. Decent looking winter set I thought. Would these work?

If they so is there a way to change center caps? If these can work I obviously don't want them saying jeep lol.

They will not work, jeeps I believe are 5x5 bolt pattern and out trucks are 5x5.5.
