Will these work in the rear?

2013 1500, no lift. I'm going to be putting the RC 2" leveling struts on the front and leaving the rear stock height. Need new rear shocks and was going to put RC N3 0-3" on the rear, see link.

I just wanted to make sure these will work for a stock height rear. What does 0-3" mean, that they will work from stock height, meaning 0, all the way to if you have 3" of lift on the rear?
