I have 2013 ram express 4*4 I just installed a 2.5 front leveling block in the front. I was curious can I put adjustable bilstiens all around with out having to mod anything else. Sounds like a dumb question but I really don't know. I was wanting to put bilstiens on an set them to 2.5" all around since she is level now just want more lift. Then maybe a 3" body lift.. Any insite is appreciated! Thanks!

You can't stack Bilstein and strut spacers without going to a full lift kit. Anything higher than 2.8" of front end lift requires differential and control arm drop brackets and longer steering knuckles. If you want more suspension lift you need to buy a proper lift kit.

Plus, as stated above, Bilsteins on the rear won't give you any additional height.
