winch mount question

What have you used to mount a winch? I cannot find anyone who makes a bolt on plate. I can do fabrication, but was hoping to find a plate mount that I can just bolt on. I don't mind if i have to cut my bumper.

I've had this for almost 25 years. You will also have to purchase the winch carrier for your particular winch. No cutting involved, or damage to bumper.
