Cummins 5.9 12 valve
1990 D250 Cummins. Second vehicle, 400k miles, driven only occasionally. Last time went to use vehicle and wipers did not work. This is the first time this problem occurred. Mechanical linkage is attached and free moving, problem appears electrical. Perhaps a corroded ground since vehicle sits outside? Locations of grounds? Appreciate any ideas. Thanks, FP

you can test the ground by just using jumper cables and running 1 from battery to the wiper motor case. if the wiper arms move freely you most likely had a plastic bushing fail.
