Once again, you guys in the South got hammered and us in the North got a dusting. It just amazes me how often this happens now.

We got nothing but cold cold temperatures and nasty winds.

LOL yeah it is crazy. I've never seen that much snow. 15 miles north of me got 17" and 5 miles south of me got 14". I'd say we got at least 14".

We have a store in Decatur and they claim they got 10 inches, but looking at one of the pics, it looked like more.

yeah, Macon county got hit hard. I think their roads are worse than ours. They prolly got as much as we did.

We got 18 inches in last 24 hours. That's normal for my area though

Supposed to get 18-24 more inches in next 12 hours. We are averaging 2 inches per hour right now

yeah, Spfld got 18.5 and T-ville got 17.7, so maybe we got closer to that in E-burg. I don't know the official total here.

Wow that's a lot of snow! That is something I usually see a couple times a month during winter here for sure. I hate it when it happens and sure don't miss it when its gone. Brushing it all off or shoveling all of it has to be the worst part. I definitely live in the wrong part of the world.

in STL we had an official tally of 12.4 inches. By this morning though, roads were clear.

Yeah, we got about an inch or so 4.5 hours North of St. Louis. It's almost all melted now. Just some in the shady areas.

50ºF on Friday will melt it!

I just want to put on my summer wheels and tires. I'm sick of these snow tires and dinky wheels.
