I am trying to diagnose my wper issue and need some help.

The On/Off switch does work but only for the washer fluid.
The fuse is good and was not blown.
I did replace the motor but it still doesn't seem to be getting power.
I also replaced a broken linkage bushing.
The wipers always worked and then one day they didn't.

If you have some suggestions or have solved this issue please share a "how to" thanks!

The FIRST thing you do is confirm power and ground. "Seems" to get power isn't good enough. You need to confirm power. Get a test light or DVOM. Get a schematic and check the circuit. Is it delay/intermittent wiper? Or no?

I'd definitely check for power at your ignition or 12v pin then find and confirm your outgoing pin is working. I believe this is the correct switch. Good luck to you man.4c2e8344f04d13ed8b5fb54981a73e1c.jpgafb30226894c9bdc7265fa955f5edb2f.jpgfd9fc28153c12177b785a856c9e390a4.jpg8a951a7e23ecc875fdb0de216cd5f86e.jpg4440c77f27d5b6f1753f5155ae6ec495.jpg3808fa8f2a6c88c69e2b4ae0ec3b7a1d.jpg
