2002 Ram 1500 360 almost fails like clockwork after a rain. Truck parked when it rains. I go out to start it and it will crank as long as I hold the key but will not start. I let off the key and it fires and spins backwards a round or two. Leave it set for a few hours and it fires right up. Anyone heard of this?
