Working with my son to fix his 17 5.7 big horn 1500

We need to replace the posi-clutch rings/washers and the side spider gears, but I cannot find a kit for his model anywhere. I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction.

I have been a driveway mechanic for several years, and thanks to Youtube I have saved a lot of $$ over the years. It has also cost me some extra ha.

Look into a Tru Trac unit for a limited slip,it's basically bulletproof,while the factory limited slip is a bit on the light duty side

I swapped a tru-trac into my truck about five years ago and am very pleased with how it operates.
I changed gear ratios then , because I have the six speed transmission.
As for traction it can’t be beat , imho

I believe spicer has a clutch type oem replacement. It’s the center section with clutch’s & spiders in it. Probably about $400. +/-. For a lil more you can probably get a tru/trac. Like wild one suggested.
