Wth!!

So noticed this today, dunno if coming from caliper or seal, any ideas? I pulled center cap off, dry. The weird thing is its on the bottom of rotor shield, like ran down (rotor side) of shield. And its in two other weird "spots" Can also see where has made couple large spots on inside of rim, like when its sitting. See attached.
