Hey guys hope you dont mind me reviving this thread..
I just did this swap last night My truck is a 2015 Laramie with the jump seat, I purchased a 2016 laramie console. Everything went incredibly smooth last night, right up until i wanted to plug into my connectors under the drivers seat. My old jump seat had 3 connectors, a wide one, and 2 that look like 6 pin connectors. However my new console only has 2, the wide connector, and the USB connector listed earlier. anyone have any ideas?
no idea if this will be helpful to any one else, but i manage to answer my own question
With the center console the USB and Aux audio connections migrate to the front of the console (basically under the dash) so I either need to re-route then under the seat, or find the point at which the inline cable runs from the stereo to under the seat, disconect, and plug in my harness there....
