Steering Issue

So I would like some help to know what's going on here and possibly how to fix it. Guessing that's power steering fluid but not having any issues with steering yet, just want to get ahead of the issue. Thanks in advance!

Looks like it is coming right down the shaft to that pitman/idler arm.
