Gj,
I honestly can't tell if you have that Body Harness A connector correct or not. ( I think you might be good now)
Can you clearly I.D. pins A and F printed on the black connector?

Can you take a picture of it unplugged and oriented like RLK did?
(I might be wrong about the 12v/Cam signal being swapped earlier, but it wasn't right either way).[/QUOTE

I just confirmed that 'F' Is the blue solid wire and 'E' is the bare which tells me that everything is properly connected now.

So as you stated, either a) i need a re flash or b) the camera or radio needs replaced

In terms of dealer diagnosing, will they simply being to plug in their computer and immediately and easily find the problem? Will I have to pay for a re flash or what should I tell them when when get there.
To verify , you still just have a blue screen right ?
A re flash should be free , mine was but all dealers are diff.
A flash likely will not help , but worth a try ..
As far as what you should say to the dealer . That's up to you .

Still a solid blue screen. Maybe the camera? The radio is working normal just like before.

I paid 60 for the original flash. I will just tell them that the camera doesn't work and if they say I need a new camera I will simply pay for it. Oh well

And no need to apologize, if anything I appreciate your expert help and I owe you an apology because earlier I called you 'pilgrimm2' b accident! I misread, your name. Just how miswired the connector lol

I should send you and rlk some money for your help. I will drop of my truck tomorrow at the dealership and they can have it for a few days (there's a 2 week wait for an appointment!) s I usually just drop off and let them work on it at their leisure

I doubt the dealer will plug in and quickly find the problem. If they have good techs they will find the problem and if they have really good electrically minded techs they may also be able to figure out what caused the problem .

Colors are diff than my kit harness , this may mean nothing , I don't have backup sensors , those wires are not going through this connector are they ?

I do not believe so. There were wires everywhere for those things though.

@MTGTS,

You do have the wires going from the tailgate to the Factory Cab/Chassis Connector C322 under the left front Wheel well (although the colors don't appear to match the factory schematic. See 2500 Schematic in post 14)

Now the question is, do you have the 3 video wires from C322 to i315 (by the break pedal (check the pins) and

Then do you have the 3 Video wires continued on from i315 to the back of the Radio C1?
***This is likely what you will be missing***

You may be in luck and just need the XAC code flash (edit: that is already done)

I will add pictures in a sec to this post.

Note: The colors for the camera wires in these pictures do not apply as they are from JeepGuy's harness, but the pins will be correct for factory wires if they are indeed there from the factory.

EDIT:
His truck may be populated at 31,32,33 with the wires from the 3rd Brake Light Camera (CHMSL) and may need further investigating. If the rear tailgate camera wires are at one of the other 2 possible video inputs at the back of the radio, it may be as simple as switching them.
(Here are the 3 video Inputs for CustomTronix Jailbreak):
Backup Cam: 31, 32, 33
CHMSL Cam: 21, 22, 23
Front Cam: . . 24, 25, 26

He has the flash and 31,32,33 @ C1 are already populated ( I spoke to him via PM ) sounds like he may just need a radio harness .
My instructions Said if 31,32,33 @ the radio wer already populated to remove them and tape them back into the harness , then populate with the three from the kits radio harness ? Not sure what those three wires would've been for though ? I did not have wires there .

I'm not sure what radio harness you are talking about, but if it's the one from the official kit it wont work; it would need the OEM kit connector cut off and the 3 wires re-pinned and inserted into the i315 connector (likely).

I think your right , the radio harness from my OEM Official( kit) is pretty cheep and could be dismantled to aquire the wires with pins and sockets attached to run where needed , my (kits) harness was like 5' long about 20" longer than I needed .

It is doubtful that the pins from the OEM Kit's Radio Harness will be correct on the other end that would need to go to the i315 connector (but obviously correct at the back of radio).

Check this out

I was reading captwing s original post to this thread and found this picture , about the active guidelines ? This does not come up on my settings under safety /Parkview ? ? I text the guy I bought the RA2 Radio from and he said he had the guidelines ? I've never had the guide lines , I wonder why not ? I was thinking this was generated by the camera , I was thinking my camera was defective ? Maybe I should get the XAC code reflashed ?
Anyone have a solution to my problem not having the active lines ?

I don't believe I have that settings option for the Active Gridlines either. Might be dependent on the Radio's Software Version though.

EDIT:
I have finished (@99%) the schematic for the Ram Camera Add-On Kit and added the reference to post 10..

Here is the basic factory schematic for the Factory and Add-On Kit for the Radio ...
2013+ Factory & OEM Add-On Kit PN 82214240 schematics.png

- I still need someone to verify/ohm out whether or not the Yellow and Purple wire in the kit's Body Harness are connected or not.
