2nd gen mirrors w/ turning lights?

never seen these before but came accross them, clearly listed for a 2nd gen lol anyone ever seen or heard of these?

I thought about getting them an changing the bulbs to red lol but then I got to looking and those mirrors looks really small

I want to do something like that on my 3rd gen.. I often get people 1/2 way up my truck, pacing me, and I'm trying to change lanes.. I like the lights in the mirrors.
