Bad lifter/cam and dealership is taking forever!

Well, got the truck back.

We had to file a formal complaint against the dealer a couple weeks ago since it's been in the shop since January 14th.

She got a new long block, they covered the $1000+ rental, and waived the maxcare deductible.

They knew they messed up but made it right.

Congrat's, running like new?
You should check oil & antifreeze to make sure they're full. It would suck if you wound up back there because they only filled it half way.

We filed the complaint with corporate and gave them the details and then they contacted the owner of the dealership.

Next thing we know, stuff started moving and we didn't have to pay for the rental or the deductible.
