Alright so I was starting to hear some noise up front. I pulled the belt and started wiggling pulleys, and the water pump had some play so it was time to replace it. Got the truck apart and water pump back on.
I was about to put the cluth and fan on and remembered I was just talking about hooking up some e fans, so I run to the store and get a thermostat to control the fans and cut up the e fan's shroud to fit in the stock dodge one.
It looked good, got it on, and walla the sum ***** doesnt pull enough for the dodge[emoji35], so I run out and buy a new clutch for my fan and put it on. Now it's done and the truck it's good but, the temp is the same as with the e fan's[emoji58]. Come to find out the thermostat I got is a 195° and I guess before me the truck had a cooler one and the e fan's would have been fine. The trucks temp now sits a needle above 200° and my question is if this is normal and what yalls truck sit at?
