Three weeks ago I put Maxtrac front spindles and rear springs on my truck.

Every time that I turn the steering wheel more than one revolution there is a single loud click in the steering.

Everything is tight, the ball joints are still seated & tight, the steering arms are tight. I thought it was an issue because I powdercoated my spindles, but there are no wear marks on them.

The truck has been aligned, the shop that did the alignment rechecked everything as well.

I'm at a loss here, anyone else ever experience this?

I haven't experienced it with my spindles and there has been no reports of anyone else having this problem either.
Are there any other variables besides the spindles?
Do you have someone that can turn the wheel while you're under the truck to see where the click is coming from?
Have you contacted Maxtrac? They are very good at helping diagnose problems
