What's the mileage on this 2020 engine?
If it somehow has a lot of miles, or even 50k, then at that point, if ya have the crank out, a guy has to consider if he should put in new Standard bearings and crank seals, timing set ..since yer literally looking right at them. Yer going to need to buy new bearing TTY bolts, which can be an expense. But if it's reasonably low miles, and the bearings look mint, then probably wouldn't need new bearings. Might have to pop off the caps and see how they look (on both engines), take yer time and make a judgement call.
But then again, you could do that with your 2011 engine too... if it's sitting right there on a stand with the crank out. Hone the cylinders, throw a kit at it ...new lifters, oil pump, timing set, see how the valve seats look and do whatever on those ...and slide er back in. Probably good for another 100k mi. Sell the 2020 engine for a tidy sum and pocket the change. Take yerself out to Taco Bell and treat yourself right.
Cheers
