Gibson side swept exhaust they sound really good and do what you want. Does JBA not make shorties for y'all? They do for the 3.7 figured they would for the 4.7 as well

Are my cats good, no clue lol. Haven't had a code thrown but they are original with 133k miles so not sure if it's smart to replace.

I am not sure if J A makes them I will have to look. Also will check out the Gibson side sweep!

Looks like JBA makes shorty headers for 4.7, so might consider this now.

I was going have my brother in law so the exhaust for me since I never welded before, but may get some quotes first from shops because they'd get it done faster.

I screwed up and measured the outside of mine and got a 3in pipe and it was terribly wrong I think that's why it's quiet cause it's a 18in section oversized creating a resonater

That could be why it is quiet then.

Second question, has gauge started acting funny yesterday. Light came on so I went got some gas, only did a little cause I was in a area where they charge a lot. Left gas station still said I was on E. Dropped the girlfriend off, started truck now had over 1/4 tank. While driving home (not far) gauge goes back down. Now today I fill up, gauge still saying E with light on.

What is this damn issue?

Could be the sender is worn out.

Yeah was just thinking about the common problem but you could very well be correct so I won't disagree.

You'd have to do a little digging to discover it but I'm not certain how

Been busy with buying a house so haven't posted on here. Update with truck, after just being painted I remarkably got two bubbles in my paint where it was painted. I know this is usually the rust sign but I'm wondering if it's the paint, any input?

Going be getting shop to replace fuel pump and all to fix that issue and while there I'll have him tighten my steering wheel since it's lose and makes annoying ass noises.

It could be that it was not prepped proper.
have seen that before.

Did they use primer??

I have not posted much lately either, just haven't done much to my ruck other than drive it.
