Thank you, so with the superlift Kit you purchased was it the 4" front and 3" rear (Kit # K119B) ? After speaking with them, they still have them on some kind of sale $1187

Did you try autoanything.com? A few other member and myself got that kit for $1079 delivered in November. You should call and talk with a rep and mention the price other members of the forum paid. I've found that a lot of times companies will still honor the price.

Just got off the phone with superlift. Still debating 4 or 6. They did not recommend adjusting billsteins as again u are changing the cv angles. So he suggested just going with a 6 inch and leaving bills at lowest setting. Any thoughts.
If you do that , you will have the same rake you have now . You will be lifted but you won't be level. If you like having the rear of the truck higher than the front (RAKE) then your gonna like it , if not install the Bilsteins and adjust accordingly. Most set them @ +2.1"

Hope this helps

I for one am really happy I got the 4" with the Bilstein's because when I initially installed it I had them at 0 and had 2" of rake. If I got the 6 and had the same results, and leveled it out, 35s wouldn't look right lol. But if you want 2" of rake, maybe a 4" w/o the Bilstein's? Here's just my 4" on 305/70R17

I was reading through the instructions on the superlift website. It stated that the rims must be 18'' or higher to work with their kit. But I'm also noticing you have 17'' rims?

Correct. It says that you need 18s, but 17s with 4.5 bs work.

Digging up some here.... So would it be safe to say that 17x9 with 0mm offset will fit?

I understand that 0mm on a 9" wide wheel would be exactly 4.5" backspacing... But is it too close for comfort?

@AustinB

I have stock 20x8s with +19mm offset. That's about 5.2" backspacing and I have about 1/4" clearance from the tire to the knuckle. I'm running 295/60r20s. According to Nitto's website, that's 11.77" wide and their 12.50 tires are 12.52" wide. So a 12.50 tire should need at least a 1/2" to clear the knuckle. 4.5" backspacing should be plenty.

*** I've been looking at wheel too, and all the research I've done says that a 9" wide wheel with -0- offset is 5.0" of backspacing. You would need a -12 offset for 4.5" backspacing.

Well this sucks. Was wanting to install my lift this week. So I'm guessing then that a 1/2" spacer will do the trick?

These rims are 17x8. According to every specification I can find anywhere.

I thought they were 9", my bad. Still work great with the setup!

Ball joints, knuckle, and caliper have lots of room. At least 1/4"

Super lift has an online sale on that 4 inch kit right now. It would cost around $1613 or so and it includes the Bilsteins for front and back. I asked about the Mevotech's and the sales rep said he doesn't know about them. Their kits are designed for the stock UCA. Has anyone used this set up with Mevos?

Wont make a difference. I say that because some guys use them as only a replacement to stocks because they're "beefier".

You will save a lot of money if you buy the kit w/o bilstiens, and buy the bils separate, prob around $200.
