I am surprised its not louder having no cats or resonators. I had a gen 1 250 in high school with true dual from manifold back and it was loud as all get out. I wouldn't have thought an aftermarket muffler would quiet it down that much. Still sounds awesome though!

I went back to running cats with longtube kit. No cats did nothing as far as power goes, just sound. It was loud as hell with the factory exhaust manifolds, no cats, and the 14" magnaflow. It's was obnoxiously loud.

Thanks man, I really appreciate it. To be honest, I'll be ecstatic to get a 13.2 on my street tires LOL, but I'll probably have to drive two hours to Gainesville for some proper track prep to be that lucky. Hopefully in the cool season with borrowed slicks I can get 12.999.

if i'm not mistaken, you hit 13.3 with full street trim, and without your LT headers right? if so, going to Gainesville in the fall with your LT's, you shouldn't have trouble. that would be sweet!

My best is 13.44, I haven't been back to the track since installing the headers. I think you might be thinking of another Florida boy, greychevy, he went 13.38.

13.44 without headers is awesome man... i would think with the perfect air, Gainesville track, and your driving skills 12.9 is possible

I'll get 12s NA, then I'll add spray to get some low 12s.

Wow....just read through it all.
Amazing build and amazing times at the track.

Matching bumper definitely fits the truck
