Bout 55 a plug probably.

If you could get the harness and jumper wires at a good price you could probably do it much quicker and easier for about the same price. Hopefully you can get it in bulk for a lot less. Take more work though piecing it together.

Mine are going to be quick........I am not touching them. LOL

They are going to a company that does this, so they'll have all the connectors and stuff for it.

Update on my parts.........92 of 100 are in (plugs only). 8 more that are coming from Canada will be here in the next couple days, then they are off to the factory for pinning, splicing and shipping back to me!

Got one done. So far so good. Didn't get a chance to test for the hum though. If I could solder worth a damn would help.

Ill try and put some up when I do the other with the parts list. So far seems like it will work well. Just hoping soldering the connections got rid of the hum.

nope, pretty sure they soldered them in on the PCB

Yes. Get a LED load balancer or you'll get hyper flashing. This is what I got from Oreilly.



The harnesses and VW flat connectors work. I'm still getting a hum when the projector triggers even with soldered connections and an actual harness.



The black is liquid electrical tape.



Everything works well except that damn hum.

I still think its a problem of getting tooth power from the running vehicle. I'm not sure how to stop it. I tried putting in resistors which helped some. Never went away.



Here's the load balancer. It goes to the outside wires. The colors change on each side so that's why I'm not saying what colors.

try to use the wire for the solenoid to switch a relais that powers the solenoid directly from the battery. (like done on auxilary lights)

weird, I didn't need resistors on my truck.......but then again, I didn't need them for a set of aftermarket LED bulbs I ran too

I wonder if it may be one of those things like when you do the level. Some vibrate in 4x4 and some don't. Might be some hyper flash and hum and some don't.

I believe he still has a hum....but I don't think he's using a plug.

Mine stayed the same with and without the plug. Lights do seem brighter with a better connection though.

so, finished. i also had the hum on high when the engine was running, so i wired the solenoid directly from the battery swichted by a relais. No more hum.

some little wiring mess. i wired the headlight harness directly in the old one, so i can switch back to the old ones anytime i want.
