I have a 99 ram with a new stock headlight assembly, and a pair of HID bulbs that run at 95c which is 203 degrees fahrenheit. Will it melt my headlights?

Seems awfully hot for HIDs, but you should be more concerned about getting pulled over for illegal lights as non-stock HID retrofits are illegal in most states and HIDs in the stick housings will blind other drivers.
So what do you suggest?
I would suggest getting a set of projector housings that are able to run HIDs.
I say "are able to" as not all housings can physically fit the HID bulb without the tip touching the lens and burning it.

I have the sport headlights and its the best thing I ever did. During the winter I drive home from work in the dark everyday. And going for regular to sport lights with dual silverstar bulbs for high and low beams was amazing.
