How do you black the inside of your headlights?

Title says it. Ive seen a lot of people on here with them and it looks really bad ass. Since I have a white truck the black looks super sexy! So How do I do this?

Lol jj does awesome work and will look better than If you do it your self. Think I spent about 30 bucks on paint, silicone and clamps to hold them closed. Also took me about 4 hours to do them. Now I want to pull them apart and put in jjs projectors and hid kit

Or man up and do it with out gloves. That's what I did.

It only hurt for like 5 minutes, but the light after that was easier. Because I couldn't see it.
