I took a 2006 Ford Ranger through the lemon law process in MN. The Attorney General's office had a process but recommended that I go through the BBB process as well - dual track. This was all after sending several letters to Ford documenting the issues. The BBB assigned someone to work on my case. In the end, this person was essentially brokering the deal for me with Ford (not the dealership, but Ford). Ford kept offering little bits and I kept asking for my money back. I turned down probably three or four offers for extended warranties and whatnot before they offered to take back my 2006 and give me a brand new 2007, minus a deduction for mileage. All in all, I got a new and better truck and they only deducted about $900 for the 13k miles I'd put on the old truck. The BBB did a lot of the work for me.
My 2015 RAM had multiple problems as well - more than 10 repairs in the first few months. I started down the lemon law road but never started the process, meaning I wrote a letter to Chrysler. They assigned someone to my case and eventually gave me the everything-included extended warranty. All issues have now been resolved and I got their premium extended warranty.
Never be afraid to fight with them when you aren't getting what you paid good $$ for!
P.S. the lemon law can also apply (at least in MN) when the value of the vehicle is impaired. That was my argument. Even though they eventually fixed all issues, I argued that no reasonable person would buy my truck if I showed them the maintenance record. The re-sale value was greatly impaired.
