Is this anything to worry about?

I found this while under my truck today, it was on the exhaust near the passenger side door. I'm assuming this is a rattle that I've been hearing but I didn't see where it was from... Any reason to be concerned?

That is an exhaust pipe hanger.

It’s just a hanger, try to find where it came loose from. A exhaust shop can easily fix it.

Not a hanger, it is a u bolt for exhaust connections. You can buy them anywhere and put it back on in no time flat.

This, but it could also double as a clamp for a hangar also. Depends on the style of mount. Either way it's an easy fix. You could go to autozone or advance and but one and install it in 5 minutes. Hopefully the rest of the exhaust is in good shape
