Both a 4" lift with 35's or a 6" lift with 35's will be under 7'-0" tall to the top of the roof. The top of the satellite antenna on the '13+ trucks may be slightly over 7'-0" with the 6" lift. All depends on the exact lift setup.
My 2012 Ram 1500 that had a 6" lift with Bilsteins at 1.4" and 35x12.5 Toyo MT's sat at 6'-11 1/4" to the top of the satellite antenna. Mathematically with a 4" lift it would have sat right around 6'-9 1/4" so RAMblin1217's measurement sounds very correct to me.
Regarding the increase in height, you need to remember where you're measuring. A 4" lift doesn't lift the entire truck 4", it lifts the front end 4". The rear lift is often 2" or 3" depending on the setup you go with. And then you're also only getting 1" of lift from the increase in tire size, not 2". So yes, 3" taller than stock is about correct if measurement to the back of the roof.
With wanting to easily fit within a 7'-2" parking garage a 4" lift and 35's is definitely going to be a better option for you. I would go with a 4" Zone kit with 3" rear coils and Bilstein 5100's set at 1.4". So you'll actually be at about 5.4" of front end lift.
You will want to buy wheels/tires at the same time to put on as the stock 20's and 33's will look ridiculous with that much lift. Save up and do it all at once.
