This my first vehicle with locking lug nuts. Do these look right to you? They stick out and don’t go over all of threads.

They’ll stick out a little bit but I don’t think they’re supposed to stick out that far. Did you get the rights ones? Did it feel like they bottomed out prematurely?

They do stick out but no where near that far. I had my dealer take mine off as dealing with them is just a hassle...

They can be a hassle, I’m just too much’a worry-wart about my Limited wheels to not have locks on them. lol. My last truck came equipped with the Mopar wheel locks and since my new truck wasn’t ordered with them, I left the dealership with a brand new set.

They were a dealer add-on and not from the factory and I wasn’t there when they added them so not sure about the bottoming out. However, they all look like that. I have the original lug nuts still so I think may just put those back on.

Thanks.

If you can see threads between the nut and the wheel, that means that the nut is not at all in contact with the wheel. Effectively, you are driving with five lugs per wheel that are doing their job. In short, wrong locking lug nuts.

on top of that it doesn't look to be an acorn style lug nut. @AresSK can you take one off and post a picture of it? I agree with hotrod45 from what can be seen in the picture posted
