I have a general question, would it be unwise to buy a cummings with more then 100,000 miles on It? I have been looking at a few very nice later models 06-09 and a lot of them have over 100,000 some upto 150,000 what is everyone's thoughts please.

For a Cummins, that's nothing at all...

Pay 100 bucks and have a diesel mechanic look at it, run codes and a carfax. If I was you I would pay whatever it took to get into the 4 gen, that is when dodge started winning truck of the year almost every year.

Look people always say 100,000 miles is nothing on a diesel. Which is somewhat true the engines last forever. But there could be multiple other problems in the suspension exhaust frame ECT. Its not indestructible.
