Dont quote me here cause I'm not sure for your year model but im pretry sure the smallest you can go is 16's due to brake calipers

15's should fit...whats on your truck now?
In 2000 Mopar went to dual cylinder calipers up front and 16 inch rims to clear them. Unless someone swaped in a newer front diff you should be ok with 15s.

I've had my 99 since new and lowest I can go is 16" never changed anything . All stock
