OK, not gonna get into what a DVD is, lol, I get blasted by my Kid for still using Blue Rays, lol. Have a great day.

In video format, what else is there other than DVD or Blu-ray? You know, I mean besides VHS. We buy a lot of movies for our video library and if a video comes in DVD or Blu-ray format we always buy Blu-ray. It's hi-def DVD, and why would we choose low-def if we don't have to?

My kid streams, down loads everything. But alas, I am in a rural area and have a whole 3 mb DSL. Not gonna stream much of anything on that, which is why I buy BR for movies I want. By the time I drive to a movie theatre, back home, time, fuel, etc, I got the cost of a movie, LOL.

Yep, we're rural and have satellite. It's the only game in town. On a good day, downhill, with a tail-wind we get 7 Mbps download. No streaming here, either. Just the pictures at the top of this forum main page load one line at a time. They do it quick, like in a couple seconds, but you can see it happening.

I never do the automatic renewal, as they will automatically charge 3X the price U paid a year ago. My subscription for platinum on truck and across devices for the year is $122.00. On the auto renewal, they want over $27 a month. No way Jose.

Which is why I DON'T use my credit card for payment.

Yes, I do the unthinkable: I write a check.

I use CC, with a Digital one for one time use only, and as soon as card hits, I deactivate it, so no way they can do auto ne thing.
