Check the fuel pressure at the rails. If you have plenty of fuel pressure, check spark. I am not sure why, but many people forget to replace the coil when doing a tune up and they fail just as hard as plugs, wires, cap and rotor... could be the coil if this is the case. Who did your tune up? You 100% they did it correctly, firing order, wire routing, etc.?
How many mile are on it? Have you ever replaced the fuel pump?
Hope this helps ya narrow the problem down a bit.

It has 156k miles no took it to a mechanic shop. Idk if they replaced the coil or not. I been second guessin the fuel pump n filter if that was It or not. That was my first guess

You need to put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail and try and drive it to see what the pressure is.

Could very well be a plenum gasket as well... I've got my cat gutted on my 97 Dakota and I notice it idles a bit funny every once in a while, but no lack of power, that's for sure... Lights up a set of 32s with power to spare.
