I'm a bigger guy with a 2009 1500 4x4. I'm planning on changing the transmission filter and fluid (for the first time since I've owned it). What kind do you use?

I have used rhino ramps for over 10 years now and love them.

I am scared of those stamped sheet metal ramps. I just imagine them spreading out. Rhino has a lot of reinforcement.

I use rhino ramps, you need to make sure you are centered or they will smash overtime, mine will be close to useless soon, but I have no complaints, used the heck out of them.

If you make your own they will be more stout, wont smash. A couple of guys use this for 2500's especially, because those heavy trucks will kill rhino's even quicker. If you don't want 2x10's you can use small lumber...

Slight tangent, but has anyone used the BendPak QuickJack? I have seen them advertised, and look like a great idea. Not so much for the Ram 4X4, but my wife has a 200 and hard to get a jack under in a good place. Just looks like it would be a versatile tool.

I still use my original set of Rhino ramps which have to be at least 20 years old. I do like the "grip" design of the new 16,000 lbs ramps.

I made my own ramps 38 years ago out of 2x10's and still use them to this day. Made four of them to be able to get under the whole car or truck if needed

Was written on the package.
My 305/50r20s are 12" wide and hang about 1/2" over on each side.
Thanks - I learn something new every day.
I think the model posted above is only about 10+ inches wide. I wonder if the wide one is a Pep Boys exclusive as I don't see it elsewhere. Definitely worth the few extra bucks

Race Ramps are great, and very light weight. I’ve had mi w for 8 years. And wish I would have bought them many years ago!

I bought the Scepter ramps rated for 12,000 lbs and have used them for the past 9 years with my 2500 diesel. It makes lubing the front much faster and easier.

I have the heavy Duty Rhino Ramps as well. Been using them since 2012 with my last Ram and this current one. They work fine although I wish they were wider and taller. The 20” tires do hang over like NJMopar mentioned. I can come not use them in my driveway though. My garage floor is painted and no matter how many times I’ve tried and at different speeds they won’t grip the floor when you try and drive up them. Either one or both slide forward.

I've been using the same Rhino ramps for years. Don't know if they're still making these ones or not but they are Blitz Rhino Ramps 12000lbs part# 11905. i think i bought them back in 2010 or even before that.
