So I'm thinking these will be sweet on my truck. 01 Ram 1500 4x4
15x8 with 5 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern, Backspace 3.75 - Flat Black.
Should fit right?

Fords used 5x135mm pattern to our 5x139.7mm. Also i believe they had smaller hubs
Ford is 5 on 5 1/2.
Ford as been that for many many years. From the 70's. Maybe the 60's. Ford and Dodge have shared that pattern and the 5 on 4 1/2 for a long long time.

I'm just not sure if the Ford center is bigger or smaller than Dodge on this application. Both of which can be fixed.

Suppose if I hear back from the owner the only real thing i need to know is back spacing.

Ya. 60's. My 66 Merc had 5 on 5 1/2.
My 67 Falcon had 5 on 4 1/2.
I remember running Dodge wheels on them at times.

Yes they have. But the metric conversion is 4.7mm bigger on dodge. Ive personally tried to mount ford rims on a dodge and they don't fit without modification

Ford
1954 - 1995 5X5.5" (5X139.7mm)
1996 - 2004 5X134mm
(114mm is the 4.5" car pattern)

So were both right. The 95's down will fit but the 96's up won't.

They generally won't clear the dual piston calipers. A few kinds might but the very vast majority won't
