Nitto makes good tires. I really like my Hankook Ventus ST's. Mine are 285/50R20 and have excellent wet and dry handling

I like the nittos but I also like my yokohama parada spec-x's. I have them in a 305/50/20 and they hold my truck fairly good in wet and dry conditions, cant stomp on the gas but you wont be able to do that and stay straight unless you get some dr's that you can run on the road safely.

Again I know how I drive mine and they hold out nicely and last pretty long too. I can get around 40k-50k out of them, got 38k out of my last set but they wouldn't hold the truck anymore so I traded them in with around 12k left on them.

I use to have the nitto 404's on my truck and LOVED those but they discontinued them and the 420''s didnt have the same ratings and was a bit more $$$ than I wanted to pay at the time. I will try them one of these days

Thats where you gotta learn to feather the launch.... If I go WOT from a stand still I'll roast the tires still. You will probably be able to go about half to 3/4 throttle with the new ones.

A lot of guys come into the dealership where I work with those Zeons. Seems like they are the only affordable 20" tire. Everybody with them ******* that the tread wears down really quick.
Nittos are good tires. Never owned a set, but you never hear complaints about them from guys who come in with them on their trucks.
Last car I had was a '93 Corvette, had a set of Yokohama tires on it, you could smoke the hell out of them and they'd come back begging for more.

When I put my 20's on I was trying to figure what tire size to fit best and my local tire shop offered Cooper Discovery HT 285/50-20 for $550 mounted. Another friend who sells tires told me to jump on them as he couldn't buy them for that price. So I think shopping around is worth the effort considering the various prices.

Nittos are good tires but you MUST ROTATE every oil change or they will start to cup.
