I've run the Toyo AT's on my trucks for quite some time. The ride is good, the tread wear's evenly and the mileage is good.

The last time I had Cooper Discoverer STT's I could not keep them balanced and they wore down pretty damn quickly.

I'd suggest Toyo AT's or Nitto Terra Grapplers.

Toyo at2 !! I'm on my second pair of these tires and love them. I ran 275/65/20 no lift or level, as well as 35/12.5/20 on leveled truck. I ran 50,000 miles on my 275/65/20 at2 and still had loads of tread left.

It is crazy, I have a thread about the Toyo tires and it was like crickets in there. And now suddenly all the AT2 owners come out to play.

Anyways, I will be getting the AT2 in p-metric. I have a regular cab truck and do not need the LT line. Granted the extreme are nice, but only come in the LT weight, and they are about $350 a tire for that.

Right now I am trying to decide if I want to run the stock size of 275/60r20, or if I want to go to a 65 with no level.

good tires for what? different tires for different applications.heavy load? 10 ply. off road play? m/t's, rain? snow? sand? ice? nothing but pavement? want a soft ride or a hard ride? all these factors make a huge difference in the ride/performance.personally i run a 10 ply e rated m/t with really aggressive tread because i carry a camper and launch a boat into lakes with no boat ramp,so i sacrifice a little comfort and gas mileage for some practicality and peace of mind.and we all know stock tires are usually **** and need to go asap.ask my old goodyears.
