Well, weather didn't hold out for me. Looks like project is getting pushed back lol... Oh darn

How hard is the headlight process? My 2008 has one headlight that is cloudy on top. I think it is most likely sun damaged from sitting in the same spot so much.

Finally warm enough to start some minor dent repairs. Got some grinding, drilling and pulling done but those really cheap body work tools are REALLY cheap! Who'd have thought? :)

Polishing headlamps only lasts few months. I bought new headlamps for 50$ for my 2002. Prices do vary by car.

Polishing won't last, but spraying with a clear coat with UV protectant does!

i disagree, i have done just a full sanding and polishing on a set of headlights, if you wash your vehicle regular and put some wax on them they will last just fine, mine went 3 years without clear coat on them on a daily driver

I use Jetseal. It's supposed to be good for a year, but on headlights, it's not likely to last that long. I just reapply whenever I do a full detail.

exactly, i dont expect any product to last as long as it says but i apply a protectant every time i wash, do that and your lights wond fade, well as long as u wash regularly
